Some lives are objectively fine—maybe even impressive—but don’t feel that way from the inside.

Nothing is wrong enough to explain it. And yet, nothing ever quite feels done.

Most of my clients are responsible, self-directed, and rarely feel like they’ve done enough.

Relief never quite feels earned, even when there’s nothing left to prove.

This work is about changing the internal system that decides when you’re allowed to feel okay.

Not by doing more or letting go—but by updating what “enough” is actually based on.

About Me

Lauren Turner

I’m an attorney and ICF-certified coach, trained in:

Internal Family Systems (IFS), including specialized applications for coaches, lawyers, and mediators through the IFS Institute and partner organizations

Neuroscience-informed behavioral change, with a focus on nervous system states, stress physiology, and the conditions required for durable transformation

High-pressure, high-responsibility systems and the internal strategies people rely on to keep going

My work focuses on the internal mechanisms that drive vigilance, over-functioning, and self-pressure—and what it takes to shift them without losing capacity or edge.

Together, we will go beneath the mindset and beyond coping skills, straight to the mechanism.
